Excellent customer service, Paul in particular was very good at helping me sort out the problem with the Sony AV amp that I'd purchased. He offered to loan me the stores display model as a means of comparison when I'd discovered a 'handshake' glitch with the ARC connection. This was a great help in resolving the problem, which lay in the connectivity and not the particular amp (resolved by overriding the auto settings and using manual adjustment). Paul was very patient and helpful with troubleshooting the issue. Highly recommended.
Really impressed with Sevenoaks in Hove. They exchanged some kit to the latest model because the manufacturer had taken away the ability to play music directly from our Apple phones and tablets. The latest models are compatible with Airplay 2. Not Sevenoaks fault so great customer service!
